Exclusive Rentals’ mission statement is to service our customers by creating and delivering a unique and valuable service and experience, recognizing the needs of the owners we represent and the tenants that we serve. We pride ourselves in helping our renters make their experience a positive and exciting step towards independence; guiding them through finding the location which best meets their needs’ and rental goals, regardless of what milestone they have reached in their lives. To our Owners we deliver property management and rental services by applying the highest level of expertise in our unique industry through professionalism, transparency and integrity.
Britta immigrated to Canada from Germany in 2004 with just a suitcase in her hand and left everything behind. In the beginning she worked for another student rental company and in 2005 she created Exclusive Rentals with help from Jason and initially worked out of their home, drove students around and signed leases out of her minivan. She was always very passionate about having her own business and her hard work ethic started to pay off when owners began approaching her. She always has run the business under our company slogan: “Renting & Managing properties as if they were our own”. Her positive outlook, energy and personal touch with each owner and all employees makes her unique and lovable.
Jason brings over 14 years of specialized experience through personal ownership of multiple investment properties and as a Realtor, assisting his clients in the purchase of income producing properties. He continually keeps his clients informed on the student market with regards to capital improvements that yield the highest return to rental license applications, fire code compliance and negotiating municipal bylaw & zoning requirements. He always looks for a more efficient way to run the company and has created multiple systems over the years through new projects and has implemented many new procedures and technology upgrades to ensure the business continually runs smooth.
Jaime started her career at Exclusive 6 years ago. She loves her team and the work that she does. Her motivation is driven by self-interest of something deeper and more subtle that has developed over time, of ‘leaving a legacy, being an inspiring role model and creating a great company’. Always trying to differentiate Exclusive from the rest and to be the best is what drives her every day! She just had twin girls and was off on maternity for a year but is back and ready to conquer!
Carrie has been with Exclusive Rentals since the day that it opened the office doors on Richmond. She understands the company from both the administration and agent side. She is well deserving of the recent promotion to Sales Manager. She is innovative, fun, outgoing, and works hard to achieve the company goals. Her knowledge in our industry and relationships she has with our clients is so impactful on the companies success. There is just not enough room to write how vital she is to our company! We love having her as a part of our team!
Ali Syed joined the Exclusive Rentals team in the summer of 2015. He is a former Western student that graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Currently he is also working at Chop Steak House as a server/bartender. His original plan was to become a Dentist, however he changed his mind and is now going to school For the Doctor of Osteopathy program. Ali also does acting and modelling and loves to play sports, keep fit, active and enjoys working out. In past jobs Ali’s experience comes from a sales/customer service background, and the skills and experience gained from these jobs has helped him become a strong Rental Agent. Making conversation and making our students feel comfortable with their rental decisions is one of his strongest attributes. We are lucky to have him on our team!
Rebecca is the office manager, she has a strong administrative background and has been working in this field for years. Her patience with clients and tenants is remarkable. Rebecca is Exclusive’s recipe for success, she works with passion and persistence and always keeps the ball rolling. Our office is full of sunshine when she is around! Exclusive is so lucky to have such an individual!
Assistant Office Manager
Jasmine started with Exclusive Rental in January 2015 as a co-op student. She was so wonderful that we offered her a full time position as an administrator. She graduated from Fanshawe with a diploma in the Executive Office Administration program. She has the latest up-to-date training in her field and just recently was promoted to Assistant Manager. She is a go getter and will always stay until the job is done! We are so lucky to have her as a part of our team!
Ashley joined our team in January 2016. She has a background in paralegal services and has been a great asset. If you have any legal inquiries, rent questions or just need support in anyway, Ashley is familiar with all aspects of Exclusive Rental from accounting to rentals to maintenance. She is a firecracker and we are so happy to have her on our team! She is willing to help at the drop of a hat and we are so proud of her and all she has accomplished in her short time with us.
Maddi is a student at Fanshawe studying in the Human Resources Program. She assisted us in our busiest rental season as a co-op student and was so delightful and hard working that we offered her a position with us full time. While she still attends school to complete her degree she shows strong effort and determination when she is in the office.. Maddi’s outgoing personality fits right in with our student clients and dynamic admin team!
As the newest addition to the team, Selene is excited about diving into all aspects of the work and services Exclusive Rental provides. Bringing her administrative and teaching backgrounds, she is enthusiastic about adding value and her unique perspective to the team. She strives to put 100% into all her endeavors, and looks forward to growing her skills within the company.
Akili has been with Exclusive Rentals for a co-op of 4 months, from January to May and worked with us throughout the summer, She is back on her co-op term, and working as an administrator at our office. She has 7 years of Customer Service and has taken Office Administration at Fanshawe College, she will be happy to help anyone with any questions or concerns.
Warren joined our team in November 2015. Warren is in charge of our maintenance division as well as the regular daily repairs and care of all of our properties. He is well liked amongst our tenants and employees. He is very strong and knowledgeable in all aspects. Warren is a great asset to Exclusive Rentals and a very hard worker.

Liz joined Exclusive Rental in November 2016. She is our newest addition and a great one! She has jumped into the role of book keeper and is on her way to a very successful career. She is learning very quickly and is taking on a lot of responsibility in her short time with us. We all enjoy working with her and look forward to her building her career with us!
Rachel is our newest addition to our accounting team. She started off with us at Exclusive Rentals as administration and accounting and took on the challenge with much enthusiasm. She has since been moved to our accounting department and is a great addition to the team. Rachel has a diploma in Office Administration Executive from Fanshawe College, and multiple years of experience with different office settings as well as over 5 years of customer service. She is more than happy to help you with any questions regarding rent and payment options.
Cindy brings more than 25 years experience in bookkeeping to her role with our company and has been with us for five years now. Before opening her own business, Cindy gained extensive bookkeeping experience while working for large multinational corporations as well as independent entrepreneurs. She is dedicated to helping each and every one of her clients maximize their profits by meeting all of their bookkeeping needs. In Cindy’s spare time she enjoys riding her motorcycle, a Harley Street Glide, with her husband of 23 years.
